VoiceLine LS provides language services including:

• Professional interpretation services (in-person, over-the-phone, video remote)
• Document translation services
• Interpreter and translator recruitment and management
• Related administrative and support services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use

5. For Interpreters and Translators

If you apply to become an interpreter or translator with VoiceLine LS, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your qualifications and experience
• Maintain professional certifications and credentials
• Adhere to our Code of Ethics and professional standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all interpreted/translated content
• Complete assignments professionally and on time
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Confidentiality

All parties acknowledge that during the course of providing or receiving Services, they may have access to confidential information. All interpreters, translators, and users agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without proper authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The VoiceLine LS name, logo, website content, and all related intellectual property are owned by VoiceLine LS or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Transmit any malicious code or viruses
• Violate the rights of others

9. Payment Terms

Payment terms for interpreters and translators are outlined in individual contracts. All fees and compensation are subject to applicable taxes and deductions. VoiceLine LS reserves the right to modify compensation rates with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceLine LS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or whether VoiceLine LS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceLine LS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
